Announced on the PlayStation Blog, a total of 13 games will join the library: 10 in the Game Catalog available for Extra and Premium members, and three in the Classics Catalog available only for Premium members.

While this month's lineup might seem smaller compared to recent months, the inclusion of Red Dead Redemption 2 significantly enhances the May catalog. Notably, Rockstar's open-world cowboy adventure returns to the service, having been one of the first games announced for the game catalog two years ago. All games will be available on May 21.

Crime Boss: Rockay City

Crime Boss: Rockay City is a first-person action and stealth game set in 1990s Florida. Players aim to rise to the top of the criminal underworld, navigating through a treacherous and dynamic environment filled with rival factions and opportunities for power.

The Settlers: New Allies

The tardily entry in the long-running design sequence, The Settlers: New Allies, invites players to explore new worlds and build expansive cities. Players take control of a group of settlers who have fled catastrophic events in their homeland, seeking new territories to colonize, explore, and conquer.

Stranded: Alien Dawn

In a similar vein but with a sci-fi twist, Stranded: Alien Dawn is a planetary survival simulator that places the fate of a small, stranded group in the player’s hands. Players must make critical decisions to ensure the survival and safety of the group.

Cat Quest and Cat Quest 2

In the first game, players embark on a quest to rescue their kidnapped sister from a malevolent cat. In the second game, they must fight to save the cat world from invading dog armies.

The LEGO Movie 2 Video Game

Classic LEGO fun arrives with The LEGO Movie 2 Video Game, allowing players to smash and build their way through the events of the movie. Alien invaders have left Bricksburg in ruins and captured Emmet’s friends.

Rounding out the PlayStation Plus classics catalog for May 2024 is Worms Pinball, which delivers exactly what its name suggests. This 2000 title combines traditional pinball gameplay with the quirky characters from the Worms series. It features a 3D table with mini-games, side objectives displayed on LED screens, transparent ramps, user-controlled moving gadgets, and much more, offering a unique and entertaining pinball experience.
